Where did all that snow come from!! I was ready for Spring & boom! Hopefully winter is now on the way out & await the birds singing & the colourful flowers popping their heads up. Birthday’s Galore !! Galaxy of ‘Milestones’
Must have been a busy time years ago !!. The Melville Club had a galaxy of ‘milestone’ Birthday’s for Pauline Kelly {90}, Roy Aubrey {90} & Terry Davis {80}. We put on a special lunch & entertainment to celebrate the ‘milestones’ & other birthdays for that week. A good time was had by all !!
Funeral of ‘Dr’ Paul Morton: Tuesday 14th March 2023
As you may have read in the last issue of the Parish Magazine, sadly, Paul died in early February having recently celebrated his 100th Birthday last summer. His funeral was at Albrighton Methodist Church at 13.15 on Tuesday 14th March 2023 with a reception thereafter at the Redhouse. The Melville Club was well represented by Committee & Club members. We bid Paul a fond farewell & we give thanks to him for being such a happy gentleman & making us all smile ~ you will be sadly missed..
Dr. Melville Legge Minibus: 15-Seater available
As you are aware we are the proud owner of a 15-seater minibus. This minibus has been purchased to help assist the Melville Club members to get around the village & outings. Feed-back ??

In liaison with the Parish Magazine they have agreed to publish the 2023 Membership Application in the April issue {subject to room}. We have been able to hold the £12.00 annual subscription {3 years now}. If there are any readers who would like to join or re-join {before the rush ?} then please complete & forward back to myself.
