The Melville Club celebrated the 80th VE Day with gusto & enthusiasm on the 7th May 2025. We had some 75 Melville Club Members attend & they dined on a 3-course meal, very kindly prepared by Sarah & her helpers.
It was great tribute to remember all those hero’s who fought for our freedom today ~ heartfelt thank-you.
As you can see from the photographs everyone had a swinging time. We also celebrated birthdays for: Bob Lansley {80}, Richard Webster {75}, Pat Albury {89}, Vera Malkin {82} & Lisa. Birthday cake & singalong. Flags a flying & happiness all around.
Well done to Mandy & team for all the decorations & a gentle tipple to celebrate, a very pleasant & enjoyable day.
